Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

  • Most work ships within 1-2 days of ordering

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS

  • Economy ships under USPS First Class Mail, Express ships under USPS Priority Mail, and Overnight Express ships under USPS Priority Mail Express 

All shipping options come with tracking

While shipping errors are uncommon, I cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, lost, and/or stolen packages

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Please contact me within 14 days after the ship date to initiate a return

  • After 14 days, all items are non returnable/exchangeable

  • Custom made pieces are not eligible for return/exchange and require upfront payment

  • Items being returned/exchanged must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item

  • Please ship items in sturdy packaging with padding. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged

  • Refunds will be processed and issued after the piece is received and inspected
